  • Just got my car washed at fabulous Freddy's and it is covered in dirt still. I use to wash cars better when I was eight years old and I'm not exaggerating. My hand was covered it black dirt after wiping it on the hood as soon as I picked it up. Their managers told me it was clean when I showed her and refused to give a refund and said she would take photos as proof but was taking photos of spots after a staff member had wiped that part over, wouldn't take photos of dirty parts I showed her and claimed that it was the paint and that spot wouldn't come off, which I then wiped off with my hand in front of her but she dismissed it. I didn't have time to wait for it to be washed again after waiting over an hour already when it wasn't busy. She blamed it sitting there a while for it still having dirt on it and the dust blowing on it, I got the car as soon as they finished and there was a layer of dirt over the whole thing. I paid to have the rims cleaned as well and there was still dirt stains all over the rims. Worst service I have ever received. Wish I had of read the yelp reviews. Will never go back.
