  • We have been going there basically my whole retrievers life (12 years), and my whole bichon poo life (8 years), and I got a rescue dog and had him in boone. I really loved the vet in boone but brought him to my familys vet here in charlotte when i moved back. First off they are very very expensive for an okay vet service. Anytime I am concerned about something they make it seem not that big of deal. But their front desk receptionist are so rude, the last 4 times (2 years) I have gone I have had terrible customer service. I am now going to a new vet in Charlotte because of how bad the service was.
