My wife and I wanted to try this place out as we haven't had any experience with Korean food. We decided to go on a late afternoon on a Sunday. The wait was about 45 minutes for us, but that's more due to the amount of time it takes to actually eat here.
This is an order, cook your own food, order some more, repeat the cycle style restaurant. They have a great selection of meats to choose from and although they had several sides, we didn't eat many. The meat was the main attraction and it was awesome!
Our waiter was great at explaining everything to us and also helping us get started. We had the pork belly and the brisket to start off. Both were amazing. Then we tried the squid, bulgogi and soy chicken. Those were also very good. We ended it with some shrimp and more pork belly. The brisket was my favorite overall.
There are a variety of sauces that they bring you to go with the meats. I liked 2 out of the 4. The lettuce we ordered to go with the meats were also enjoyable. There are videos playing at the front and in the main dinning area that explain how to cook and eat the food. By the time we left, we felt like pros.
It's all you can eat, so bring your appetite!
