  • Come in guys!!!! You're not that busy to make such silly mistakes! Ordered hot chocolate!!! It was more like room tempurature chocolate!!! How do you even do that? Super disappointed!!! Employees look bored and not engaged. The fellow that helped me was nice, but staff looked like they'd rather be sleeping. Mind you, it was only 10 pm. Anyway, I'm glad they have lots of sugar free options. I microwaved my hot chocolate and it actually tasted very good! I would recommend management do some refresher training to ensure a quality product and superior customer service. I guarantee you, your business will improve!! Not giving up just yet! I'll be back!
