  • UPDATE: Finally got ahold of the financial department turns out the only person that was involved with my original sale still left at the dealership.... after 4 voicemails and a week gone by he called me back to see what he can do about this (below) it's been 2months and no call back no nothing!!! THE SAME STUFF THAT HAPPENED BEFORE!!! They seriously don't care about you after they get there money I literally still have text msgs from salesman and financial person prior to purchase of them talking to me like we best friends and checking up on me!!! No experience like that now that I signed contract LOL. Pathetic salesman. Avoid this dealership at all costs I'm out nearly $5000 in services and packages prepaid for that I haven't been given (offered in store credit)..... I paid with $ I expect $ back. --------------------------------------------------------- Me and my sister both bought trucks in June 2015 we both got $2800 in dealership services. (Full 3M, Carpet & Interior Protection, Exterior protection and god knows what else we bought the best ones!!). It's now Sept2016 and haven't received any services! They had no problem taking our money for the trucks($64,000.00 & $57,000.00) but couldn't get back to us to take our trucks for services!. No one got back to us to sort this problem because the dealership did a complete overhaul of employees so no one took over where we left off. My sister has since moved out of province and my truck was stolen. All they can provide us is in shop services yet we paid them with money for the services! (Not to mention I msg'd one of the employees that helped me get my truck to tell them truck got stolen what to do and basically was told to take a hike... typical car salesman once they paid they don't care). My sister has 100,000k warranty LOL... that in shop credit will be sitting there for many many many years not to mention half the service protections won't be affective/useful since it's been so long. My truck was stolen so no need for services but if I did have my truck I bought extended warranty and wouldn't need to use credit till 2020. - if they done this to me and my sister I wonder how many other are fighting for services to be done!. DO NOT GO TO COURTESY CHRYSLER ITS BEEN NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE SINCE BUYING THESE TRUCKS!!!!!!!!.
