  • Although I didn't buy my dress at Kleinfelds, I was extremely impressed with the service. My consultant, Mackenzie, was nice and knowledgable, and never put pressure on me. We went over my hour and a half, as she wanted to make sure I got to try everything on in the room. Her suggestions were great and she understood my style and what I was going for. I have been in the fashion industry for years, and I was incredibly impressed with my consultants knowledge of construction, fabrication and design. The only reason why this is a 4 star review is because the dress selection was not unique enough for me.
