The saddest eggs benedict plate that I've ever seen, but at least they poached the egg perfectly. I really didn't taste any acidity in the hollandaise sauce and there wasn't anything really special about their english muffin or ham that made it particularly good. The hollandaise sauce and the egg yolk did eventually make the english muffin completely soggy, and there wasn't a crunch to make any textural contrast.
Half of the tomatoes were roasted and the other half .. weren't. Practically, this place was a mess in comparison to what you'd find in Pasadena -- or what I'd be able to make at home.
