  • After being harassed and threaten to be taken to court I agreed on going into their office to work out some sort of payment plan. I was well aware of my debt. Like other mothers I signed a bunch of paperwork while screaming with excruciating labor pain. This certain debt was for my epidural that ended up being good for nothing as I felt everything while giving birth to my child. After my insurance paid some of the $2,400 bill it I was left with $875 ish out of pocket to pay. In which I was already in other payment plans with other hospital bills. I was trying to keep up with them all as much as I could. I went into agreement with Allied Collection Services, made a down payment and paid monthly. Unfortunately shit happened last 2 weeks and I could not make my payment this month. I knew I was gonna get screwed but nothing I could have done to avoid it. I called them today to see what the outcome was going to be and if I could pay later this week when I got paid. Of course that didn't go well. The lady was very nice but didn't help the fact that they were gonna add on $600 in attorney fees and take me to court if I didn't pay by the close of business day. I ended up storming out of work, getting a loan and driving down to their office in Egypt to pay the balance off. They finally got what they wanted. I have been dealing with other collection agencies that had to do with my hospital bills and they all have been super nice, working with me and around my payments with no threats! Why does Allied have to be this way? How do you sleep at night working for this company? Thank you Dr Joon P Kim for stabbing me 3 times, not helping me with the pain, giving me back pains for the past year after your injections and for making my family's life hell for sending my debt to Allied. You are awesome!! I know my review isn't gonna make a damn difference to this ruthless company but it was worth every letter in every word.
