Ive actually had this card for a few yrs and never really had a problem til now! Someone somehow was shopping away in Miami and transferring $$ with my money putting me over $900 my limit! I call 'customer service' as they call it-- 1st guy i talk to cant speak english, hes telling me dont worry, were sending another card once i get the card to call them back- i hang up on him and call back.. Get someone else and hes telling me the same thing, im like dont i have to give you the transaction information so you know what was fraudulently charged?! No, just call back when u get the card.. Ughhh im so pissed and hate talking to the idiots and dreading calling them back cause geeee its been about 3 wks and havent received it yet... I should just contact a lawyer, so sick of people, makes me sick
