  • I didn't realize that moving companies were on Yelp, but now that I know, I can give my review. This is the second time I used TMAAT. The first experience was sublime. Great movers, a group of kids, good office staff, efficient, and honest. This second time, however, I had a completely different experience. The movers were lazy, argumentative, complained about each other (to a customer!), and took way too long to move my things approximately 3 blocks away. They sent three guys, but I barely saw two of them. When I did, they were standing by the truck talking on their phones. It took way too long to load up the truck. They were unknowledgeable about how to move a couch into a doorway, even after being advised on how to do it. Cannot believe that I am the only person to have a couch in this apartment! Be that as it may, I feel that this team gouged me out of extra money by taking their sweet old time and generally being too inexperienced, so I wound up paying for that. When they finally left, I called the office in tears. I spoke to the guy who coordinated my move (Jesse) to tell him what had occurred. He listened and said that he'd do something about it. I never heard from him again. I emailed several times, but received no response. I talked a couple of people out of using them, and I will never use them again. They have figured out how to get the most money out of people by using inexperienced movers who are way too slow.
