  • Ugh! Got a groupon, not realizing it would turn into TWO years of stalking and avoiding phone calls from random and/or blocked numbers. FOR THE 700th TIME IM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR CUSTOMER APPRECIATION SPECIAL and I don't feel appreciated! These "specialists" sucked from the start. They arrived 2 hours early, which wouldn't have been so bad but I wasn't due to be home for another hour and my boyfriend had no idea what was happening/ what they were supposed to be doing... Then they kept pushing to try and sell him a ludicrous 700 dollar "anti microbial" service but the best part is that when he refused (repeatedly) they made him sign a statement stating he was "warned" of the dangers of not having this done. Seriously? Scare tactics? And on a completely unnecessary service.... But they "forgot" to complete one of the services I had originally hired them for.. to clean my dryer vent... Though my boyfriend didn't know they were supposed to.. Shouldn't they have asked?? Obviously I wasn't home at the time they were there but I'm still upset 2 years later that they 1.) attempted to bully my boyfriend into purchasing an additional service 2.) applied scare tactics when refused 3.) CONTINUE to call and ask to provide MORE services even after I've asked to be removed and stated I'm not interested and with another company.
