  • DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION!!! CHANEL HUNTER, an agent at this location, prepared my current policy. She emailed over documents to be signed via Adobe Document Cloud. When I refused to sign an OPTIONAL enrollment application for NSD(Nation Safe Drivers) she told me that she would cancel my policy. She said that enrollment in NSD was mandatory for my insurance company and without this enrollment she would need to cancel my policy. Long story short... she had already charged my Visa the enrollment fee and was trying to cover her tracks. I had to call another location and speak to their branch manager, Diego Cappiello,(because she refused to allow me to speak with hers) and he assured me that my stolen funds would be returned.
