  • I come here for physiotherapy (PT) assessment and treatment based on the recommendation of my previous PT (I moved). I mentioned to the secretary that I had a chronic pain in one area and that I needed evening appointments. She matched me with the right PT - I would say 3 months later =) My chronic pain seems to be 98% better which is more than anyone else was able to help me. Fingers crossed the relief from the pain continues. Note: I had been to 2 other PTs prior to this clinic over the span of 12 months. I also has intramuscular stimulation (IMS) aka dry needling with acupuncture needles and over time that helped the nerve which was impacting the muscle heal. I was told about the risks and what the immediate side effects would be (& there were some but they quickly abated). Now that my more acute problem is better. I'm being assessed and treated for another chronic injury. Early stages but I'm hopeful that I will see good results. I also like the ambience here ( the natural materials like wood and brick). As well as the reception staff. The treatment rooms are a good size and have natural light and the location is convenient. I love that they offer late appointments (except for initial assessment which take 45-60 mins thus need to be booked earlier in the day and you may wait 1-2 wks to get an appointment if you're schedule is not flexible). Don't suffer! Try & move your schedule so you can be seen during the working day! The only small downfall is that the washrooms are in the hallway (one wheelchair accessible and one communal female washroom with about 3-4 stalls). It is elevator accessible (but first you need to go up about 8-9 steps as far as I can tell) and there are also stairs to go up to the 4th floor. Would I recommend to a friend or family member? Yes! (I already have) Will I come back? Yes! (well, as long as I need to, hopefully some of my chronic injuries continue to improve). Or I may come for a massage - I heard they have a good female RMT.
