  • My apartment faces the side street of Behrend and it is very quiet. They have pools on each side of the complex and I think that is a nice luxury for all residents. The management and maintenance crew are awesome! Very timely, professional and knowledgeable. Emails are always answered right away and phone calls are picked up- not left on voicemails. The maintenance crew is professional and helpful. All around, having a great experience.
