  • This little family business run by brothers Jilbert and Jeffrey is a solid choice for mac computer repairs. When my hard drive failed and I needed to recover data, the staff at the Apple store at Yorkdale mall recommended Jilbert, who used to work at the genius bar there. I found him to be a bit aloof and constantly out of the office (he does a lot of on-site work), but Jeffrey (a graphic designer) was able to cover for him for the most part. Overall they were both compassionate and professional, they got the job done (although it took over a week), and I found their price of $300 to be a bargain. I'm not sure what to expect in terms of a final product for this kind of work - certainly, they left me a lot of work in terms of sorting the recovered files from those that were in my backup - but overall I'm happy with the service that they provided.
