  • I feel like a less than glowing review of this place will get me kicked out of South Phoenix but here goes: the food is just okay and the prices are higher than they should be. I feel like the historical significance of Poncho's as a South Phoenix staple has created a false picture. I can spend less and get more higher quality food just outside of South Phoenix or I can spend less and get the same quality food within SPHX. Either way I actually cannot remember the last time I was willing to pay Poncho's prices. It's just not worth it.
