Getting a massage here is a gamble. You may get a good one, or you may get a bad one, you are risking it. No standard of service, whatsoever. The last massage I got here was great with a great therapist. This time I come in and the same therapist shows me to a room. She leaves after getting water to soak my feet and a different therapist comes in. This lady should not be giving massages. She continually was chomping on candy. Now I don't really care if you eat candy while you're working, but with the quiet atmosphere please do not chomp on it. And I do not know what she was doing to me but it was not a massage. She continued for what seemed like half an hour to rub lotion into my legs and feet. It was so bad when she got up after rubbing lotion into my legs I just got up and got dressed to leave. I grabbed the wet towel she returned with and wiped my legs off and left. I went to the front desk and the guy says to me "one hour"? Whatever, I paid the full one hour even though I was only massaged for half an hour and ran out the door. I have been coming to Healing Touch for over a year now and this is the worst it has been. I was sad when they were shut down for a while but that made me see that there are literally Reflexology shops everywhere. Just keep trying until you find a place you like. I will probably never come back here again. I like my experiences at Ocean Reflexology so far.
