  • Appalled with their service. I have been using their service for about 2months and it seemed to be adequate. This week I pulled the tag from a pair of pants and put them on and noticed something all over the front that looks like glue. I put it in the bag with my items for the week and brought them in today. Maria, the woman at the counter looked at the pants and said I took the tag off because I wore them and she can tell. I explained I put them on and immediately took them off because there was something on them. She said no, you wore them and I asked if she was calling me a liar which she replied she knows I wore them. The cost to redo them was $1.95. I could have easily afforded this fee but did not deserve this level of disrespect. I told her I will take my items and won't be returning and she said fine. I would not recommend this place due to the damaging my clothing and their rude staff.
