  • POOR SERVICE, THEY HAVE NO QUALMS ABOUT VANDALIZING YOUR PERSONAL VEHICLE I deal with quite a few truck rental locations throughout the tri-state area for work. This place has been the absolute worst I've dealt with BY FAR. It took about an hour to get the truck despite having a reservation weeks in advance and the establishment not being busy. Throughout the entire process, the GM (I forget her name) was rude and condescending. To top it all off, I left personal vehicle at the establishment and came back to find it vandalized by Budget employees, with the words "Budget/Avis parking only!!!" written in white PAINT on my driver side window. Keep in mind, the parking spot wasn't marked as such. Needless to say, I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.
