  • My wife and I were looking for a Jiu Jitsu studio for our 6 and 4 year old girls. Both my girls are ultra shy and anxious when it comes to new environments. Instructor Heinere was amazing with my daughters. He has a way to make them feel comfortable with his friendly and kind demeanor. His instructions are clear and his teachings are applicable for self defense situations. Most importantly we feel comfortable as parents that this is the right environment for their growth in confidence. We highly recommend this studio to parents looking for a great place for their kids.
