  • I can't comment on their work, as I have never gotten past the estimate stage. My low rating is for customer service. I contacted them about a year and half ago for an estimate regarding the interior of my car. I had to contact them on several occasions to finally get the estimate. I decided not to do anything at the time, in order to focus on other areas of the car that needed repair. On July 25 of this year, I requested another, far more extensive estimate, this time for a complete redo of the interior, all in leather. I still haven't heard from them. I am not going to chase them down, since they clearly have more than enough busiz dBmness to keep them occupied. UPDATE Over the past winter, I had them redo pretty much the entire leather interior on my '85 928S. I am very happy with the results. The color is spectacular. There are a few spots that need to be corrected, which they have advised they will take care of when I bring it back at the emd of the drivong season. The communication is still not the greatest, and sometimes aggravating, but the payoff at the price range was worth it.
