| - So the wait is forever so plan ahead cuz this place is sooo amazing! Food is served large tapas style to share and we got one of everything! It's also farm to table (I think...) so the menu changes. We had gnocchi (pillowy potato goodness), mussels (these suckers were HUGE!), charchuterie, and cheese plates (the jellies were DIVINE), shrimp and sausage (personal favorite dish!), a steam bun (no words to describe the light and fluffy bun filled with a sort of korean bbq flavored meat), desserts a sinful brownie and a cobbler. I'm missing some dishes, but IT DOESN'T MATTER - WHY AREN'T YOU EATING HERE YET?!?
We also had specialty drinks a blackberry bramble and margarita, with ports and tawny with desserts. The table shared some wines - great selections even for one of my more discerning wine friends ;-)
We had a few bumps through the meal - one being they are so busy there was a lag in the food coming out. No one minded as soon as we had each first bite. And a minor snafu with the tawny - we got a port instead but was quickly corrected.
they were able to accomodate our large party by spiltting us up but keeping us next to each other. Bathrooms have a long wait, as there is only 1 for each sex (both are unisex, if you don't mind sharing with the gross boys).
It was a pricey bill and totally worth every bite, every minute. They rolled this stuffed turkey out of there very happy!
