  • My wife comes here with our kids, I'm not sure why... my experience was unimpressive. The doctor didn't get along with the staff, the staff seemed untrained and unsure of how to use their ordering system... eye exam and ordering 2 pairs of glasses took 3 hours (not exaggerating). And another guy was there and he looked like he had been there as long as I and we exchanged "hang in there's... " and "they'll get it eventually"s... when I came to pick up my glasses, there were 7 people in line, and one guy at one of the 3 tables just got up and walked away and said "good luck" as he passed... took 30 mins to get through the line, worst $600 eye care experience. They are under staffed and too cramped and under-trained.
