  • I went back to Saks Avenue at fashion show mall, because Dean the Alteration didn't take in what I wanted on my dress, Jewels the contemporary-juniors is a complete airhead, I went in with my dress and told her Dean the Alteration lady didn't take in what I wanted , she asked me to hold on while she helps a different customer, I said ok..then I told her I had to use the restroom and I would be back, she said she'll call and by the time I came back, the Alteration lady will be there, I came back she said Oh I didn't call , ugh ok well call her please, she did and called a different alt lady Aim on, (asian) she charged me an extra $20 for her doing it and she wanted to see the receipt..she said well for me is $20 I said ok but I just paid $22, well Dean did something different then me she said, well I'm not gonna argue with her , I just want my dress done right, came back down to see jewel, she immediately gave me a coupon to come back shopping with him and I told her well let's take care of my billing 1st and she replied oh yeah so you want to do shopping...Wow relax , I felt hustled, hustled, hustled
