  • Great cheese (and you can taste it first too), great merguez (when they have it) and great croissants (again, when they have them). They run out quickly of the good stuff. Why don't they order more? More than once I've been by around 9:30 or 10 and they had already run out of all of their croissants (which they get from elsewhere). Baguettes are good as well but Chabichou makes them fresh and on-site. Chabichou's cheese however... is sometimes too ripe. La Fromagerie's cheese is always fresh!
