Paid almost $491 for a Bulova men's watch. Noticed the 2nd hand "wiggles"... By the time I took it back I was 9 days over the 90 day return. They said they will ship it back to Bulova to get fixed. Came back to us with the same problem and this time the face of watch was crooked as well. Sent it back a 2nd time. Came back with same problem. Sent it back a 3rd time, this time the guy at Kay's said it has to be returned 3 times before a return. Fine. For it back, SAME problem! We have a defective watch and they won't let us get our $$ back. Never NEVER buy from a Kay jeweler!
