  • I chose this nail salon because of the high reviews and because it's open until 11. My manicure was lifting on 7/10 of my fingers and one nail had the top half torn off due to the lifting. (This was the work of another nail salon, not Elaine's) Here's what I thought : DATE OF SERVICE : 9/18/15 PRICE : I paid $40 for an acrylic fill, nail repair on 1 nail, and a gel manicure and left an $8 tip. I thought the price was fair for the quality of service and work I received. NAIL TECH : My tech was Tina, who was awesome! She was gentle with my broken nail, made sure she knew what I wanted, and was time efficient while still doing excellent work. POLISH SELECTION : There are 4 turnstiles with regular polish and a whole box full of gel samples. There is a vast array of multiple colors, including glitter colors, instead of just reds and pinks like a lot of salons have. CLEANLINESS : The entire salon is kept very clean with stuff members constantly looking for messes. I am very picky about this and was happy to find a salon that is kept to a high standard! SALON : This place is huge! When I walked in around 9 pm, there were 3 girls ahead of me. I was quoted a 30 min wait but was seen within 10. GENERAL THOUGHTS : I didn't realize how bad the other salon did until I came to Tina. She was gentle, knowledgeable, experienced, and provided an excellent quality manicure. I am very pleased with my experience and will continue to come to Elaine's!
