  • All is well until you run into a problem. Case in point. Hockey tournament kids running loose, literally. Tag in the halls til nearly midnight. 2 calls to the front desk. No action from the staff. Ask for my money back. You understand pal it was a hockey tournament not quite as relaxed but you know ...... We don't give refunds. How about a coupon for next time, sorry no next time. Worst hotel stay ever.
