  • I've been a member at Massage Envy for probably 5 years now. On average, I go 3 times per month. I used to see a chiropractor 3 times per week, but my back would hurt even more sometimes after getting adjusted. Now I use that same budget & I try to go for a 1.5 hour massage every week. After paying a monthly membership fee which includes a 1 hour massage, then all additional massage are almost half off. Not to mention that Massage Envy prices are already lower than any work-from-home therapists or any resort spa. If the Massage Envy franchise wasn't already saturated in Las Vegas, I would want to open some myself. It is such a great business concept. Massage Therapists graduate from school and may struggle, but ME gives them an opportunity to take tons of clients and perfect their craft while at the same time, allowing consumers to get affordable access to what otherwise would be a luxury. The downfall is that it may take some time to find a therapist that is just right for you. My advice to you is to make it a point to try 5 different therapists and communicate with them during the service. Don't just lie there quietly and then complain about it later. Let them know what you like and what you don't like as they go along. You'd be surprised how much better a therapist gets with a little coaching. The benefit I have discovered at trying several different therapists is different techniques. Now that I have found 'my therapist', he knows what techniques I like on different parts of my body, most of which I have experienced from other therapists. The other downfall is the high turnover of staff, but that is to be expected in the service industry and that is magnified in Las Vegas. I've lost a couple of favorite therapists, but I simply start over and get recommendations from management and try 5 new therapists. This Rock Springs location is a larger ME facility and is where I originally signed up for my membership. Throughout the years, I've enjoyed getting to know the management. When I've had concerns, they have been attentive and solution providers. The front desk reps have always remembered me and know me by name. This place seems very well run.
