  • I've been a member of a crossfit gym for years. I move around a good deal and I love to visit various boxes everywhere I go. I'm no professional, not a beginner, but I love a fit lifestyle and I've been to boxes all over the US. This box is just the best all around. Trevor and Mike are some of the best owners, trainers, athletes and people I've ever met. It's a pleasure coming in, they truly believe in you and what they do. The atmosphere is inviting, we are always learning and being challenged in extremely positive ways. No egos, no negativity and plenty of encouragement. The box itself is well organized, clean and full of the best gear with the staff improving it every day. Proud to be a member and happy to come in each day!
