  • I have been a tenant with this company for 5 years, just recently moved into a 2nd property that RIMS manages. They have been incredible as property managers for me, always attentive and responsive to my needs and always follow up to make sure that a problem was resolved. I could get much more detailed as to how they have gone above and beyond the call of duty, but its too much to type. I personally have referred Matthew to several other tenants and no one has had a bad experience with him or his company and have been extremely happy, as I have been. I will continue to refer tenants to them as Matthew Kalb is absolutely top notch - and I've had plenty of experience with other not so great companies here, I am a 60 year resident of Las Vegas!
