The ingredients are mostly sourced locally. They use extra virgin olive oil, Organic mixed greens served with omelets, cage free cracked fresh that are farm fresh. They have lots of variety in the menu which is also very nutritious. Fresh juices including seasonal juices are freshly pressed. Nothing is kept overnight. The delicious coffee is called Project Sunrise. It's affiliated with women coffee farmers in Columbia. This helps give back to their community. Every time you order the coffee, you are supporting them.
Tonight we had 4 courses including a seasonal Elote Mexican street Corn.
We started with the Morning meditation juice which consisted of orange, lemon, turmeric, organic ginger, agave nectar and beets. The taste was exceptional! Fresh, sweet so flavorful engulfing my taste buds!
The avocado toast with basted eggs was delicious and filling.
The second course came next. We started with a juice consisting of Kale , English cucumber and lemon. It tased like I was drinking energizing health!
The Elote Mexican street corn hash consisted of two cage free eggs over medium on top of fresh potatoes, roasted summer sweet corn chorizo and scallions. Topped with sliced avocado, and Cotija cheese. On the side were warm corn tortillas and fresh lime. All was perfectly seasoned and hearty.
We started the third course with the Hibiscus limeade. Fresh lime, hibiscus, natural cane sugar and basil. So refreshing!
The fourth and final course was the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. These had fresh whipped ricotta cheese on multigrain pancakes topped with marinated berries and creamy lemon curd. Warm, felt like a country morning. Yumm!!!
I left satisfied and look forward to visiting again!
