  • Stay away from LSI! Horrible, horrible, horrible experience!!! Would give it zero star if allowed. Paid almost three thousand for 4 night stay. Wanted to change/cancel, but told zero refund - not a good sign to start ... arrived in morning told room not ready, then waited til noon when room is ready, they wanted $25 for early check-in with very rude attitude! Waited another 3 hour before I can finally check in. Room is very plain, signs of abuse here and there (Carpet is dirty, a light is broken), and can't find regular amenities like toothbrush, comb, shaving kit etc! Following the "nice" instruction card to give them a call: "no, sorry, we don't provide that. But you can buy from ....". What a shame of such business in Vegas! Didn't pay much attention to other negative fellow feedback, but now understand why! This is my first business with LSI Signature and will be the last as well. If you are looking at this place, be mindful!
