  • We are Canadians who spent six months each year in Mesa, loving the sunshine and the people there. However we do NOT love Earnhardt Toyota Scion! It has happened twice that we flew back home over Christmas and found a recall notice notice for our Rav-4. After returning back in Mesa we took this notice to Earnhardt, expecting them to do the repair, after all our lives were at stake. We were shocked to be told that they do not do recall repairs on Canadian cars. Reason given was that they do not "have access to the information". Certainly, putting our VIN number into the computer would provide this information. If not, wouldn't good customer service and concern for our safety and the liability of Toyota, encourage them to make a phone call and solve this? Both times we were simply told that hey would not do it. We are not happy!
