  • Take into account I am not from WI so I've never had fried cheese curds before but heard all the buzz so I had to try some. Got the cheese curds with an ice cold root beer and it was perfection. The cheese curds really are amazing. They have a great cheesy, salty, flavor and it really paired well with my ice cold root beer. I can see why everyone talks about them. On a side note, I just don't understand how this can't be the fattest state in the nation with fried cheese everything here, greasy hamburgers loaded with cheese, dairy and ice cream everywhere and last but not least breweries EVERYWHERE. The second I got home, it was exercise time to pay for being in this state. Enjoy!
