  • This place was okay at best I had a great wound team and the only thing I didn't like was that they had nurses that were rude there and some of the CNA's did not answer the call lights in a timely manner, I would ask at times to please tell the nurse I was in pain and that I would like something only to ask the nurse if she had gotten my message and she had not! But that place is actually better than the place the case manager from there sent me too! As currently right now I am waiting up to 6 hours to at one point 12 hours for any type of pain meds or wound care! I'm afraid for my health! So with that said be glad that your at a place that's better than where they sent me! Also I can't remember names of the cna's but I'd like to thank Courtney one of the nurses that was so kind! And the wound team! Your awesome! And believe me please check into the places the case manager sends you too, this place is an absolute dump and I will be writing a scathing review on where they sent me! BTW the case manager is rude so don't let her walk all over you be persistent and check on where she sends you and if your not able to like I am (I'm from out of town and paraplegic) please check the reviews and you be the judge.
