  • The wait time is ridiculous! We waited nearly 4 hours to see Dr. boyd for a 10 minute apptmt! Our apptmt was at 10:30. While in the waiting room everybody was talking about how it was always like that when they come in. A pregnant lady who has been waiting for nearly 2 hours asked the front desk to reschedule her because she cant wait any longer and the front desk told her that their first available is in a month!!! She was like forget it and she walked out very upset! If I was the patient I would walk out too!!! But i was just there to accompany my mom for her check up. We had been waiting for 2 and a half hours and i think that is unacceptable! Her staff has overbooked her! And she couldnt even address the waiting room that the doctor is running behind. Obviously she could hear everybody was talking about how long each and everyone was waiting, and she cant even say a thing. Like HELLO? So after nearly 3 hours of waiting, finally a nurse called us up and she got my mom's history. And she said just one patient ahead of us. I thought we were gonna be out real soon, but guess what. We still waited an hour and a half for the doctor to see us. Ridiculous! Idk if Dr. Boyd knows that her patients has been waiting that long and not being addressed. If her staff is overbooking her, they need to stop. They should know that their patients' time is as important as their time!!! And she should learn how and when to address the crowd!!! 2 hour wait? I can still understand that. But over 2 hours is crazy. I gave three stars since dr boyd was nice. She had an NP trainee with her who did my mom's pap smear. I wanted to tell her about the wait time but didnt get the chance. So im writing in here. Thought to give everyone a heads up regarding wait time in this office.
