Walked by the Halo Bar on Thursday 7/27/17 in the early afternoon. We were looking for a place to eat and had heard about Blondie's. Having only been to the Miracle Mile Shops a couple times, I needed directions. Saw a dark haired lady behind the bar at Halo. Asked her nicely where Blondie's was. Her response, in a snotty tone, was "You're asking me where another bar is?" Believing I certainly must've heard her wrong, I asked again about Blondie's She repeated, in the same unkind tone, "You're asking me where another bar is?" I told her we were meeting people for lunch. Halo doesn't serve food! I started to walk away when she finally told me where Blondie's was. We later went to another bar for drinks. Hefty bar tab that could've been paid to Halo with the corresponding hefty tip for our server. But there's no way I'd give her or Halo my business after encountering this employee's caustic attitude. Too bad too, because the location was appealing. Here's a term this sour employee should become familiar with: CUSTOMER SERVICE. By the way, our bartender made a $40 tip that afternoon.
