  • The sales rep Jed Cowdell was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is a super friendly and courteous guy. He only showed us materials within our budget, not a pushy guy at all. When we would get close to the high end of our budget, Jed would work his magic and get us discounts upon discounts! He hand picked the sub-contractors for the work we needed and those guys did not disappoint either (we had laminate, carpet, & tile done). His knowledge and his experience makes him a can't miss. If you need help with flooring, choose Empire and ask for Jed Cowdell.
