"Climate controlled" is a euphemism for "We keep our swamp at 80 degrees." Everything I had that made out of paper was ruined by its storage in this unit. The furniture molded and ended up in a dumpster
And those great rates. Look for the 10% annual price increase no less than once per year...
The mandatory insurance? The coverage looks like swiss cheese and the $1000 limit is laughable.
So, yea. If you care enough about it to bother storing it, find someplace else to store it in. Otherwise, just donate it to a charity or the local dumpster. At least you will still have the storage fees in your wallet.
