  • I wish i could rate this company lower. The level of incompetence is astounding I just moved out and have been waiting 20 days for my security deposit to find out they sent it to the rental address that I vacated. Really? I called and provided them with a forwarding address and in addition they have my cellphone number. But were they proactive and call me if they didn't have my address? NO! But that is typical of what I experienced in the two years that I rented from them. Issues with the maintenance of the house were never promptly addressed and in the two years i lived there I called them to address a leak under the sink 4 times. It was still leaking when I moved out They double bill the owner and the tenant for repairs so if you're a homeowner looking for a management company stay away from this company. Renters should stay away as well as the fees are unfair and they don't clean the rental units even though they charge a non-refundable cleaning deposit.
