Buffets don't usually do it for me. I like variety but I feel pressure to eat my money's worth, even if it's not that much money. I am not always in the mood for the pricier stuff, much to my mother's dismay. I'll skip the crab legs in favor of something that doesn't require me to crack shells with my hand, for example.
Also, I usually expect the food to be mediocre. I was pleasantly surprised at Cravings. There was a lot of variety and it was stuff I'd actually eat. I did have some crab legs because they were already cut in half so i didn't have to work to eat my food. I also ate prime rib to make my mommy proud. Everything I ate was pretty good to very tasty and everyone who served us was great.
Full disclosure: We ate here twice. I'll try some other buffets next time.
