| - I have only been to four Vegas buffets so far, but this one was by far my favourite. Although I probably wouldn't crave ANYTHING in this buffet ever, it was still quite an experience! There was a range of food from miso soup to mango ceviche. Everything is displayed very nicely unlike the buffet at the Paris (though delicious as well). The food seemed more fresh and light than greasy and unhealthyish, although I can not vouch that the food actually was this way. The lighting and decorations just made this buffet incredibly enjoyable! I can't wait to come back here and bring my boyfriend.
What I thoroughly enjoyed the most was their salads / "salsa / pico de gallo / ceviche - ish food items. Their salads came in small portions in little glass cups, which is good for portion control. For me, I would rather try a little bit of everything at a buffet, than eat a lot of the few items I like because... it's fun! And isn't that what a buffet is for? Maybe not. Still, there were so many unique dishes to try, which is why I mentioned that I would never crave any of them. After all, how would I crave something I had never even heard of before? Definitely a great experience.
What makes me love this place even moreeee is their gelato!! This also comes in small portions too, and while the flavours are pretty intense (mint is super minty, chocolate is super chocolatey rich, etc)... they come in really adorable cups so you don't over eat.
WAhhhhhHHHH i'm hungry now :(
