  • I am shocked at this company. I have moved many times and NEVER had a quote for a 1 Bedroom, with LR, DR, Kitchen, Office (no appliances, no outdoor furniture, nothing large or heavy) and have it presented to me that I have 7300 lbs of furniture. ???? When I called and said what is this? I moved into this house (which was 3 bedrooms but two already furnished and not going with me) and it was clearly listed at 2356 lbs. I told him that and how could he think I was so stupid to believe a one-bedroom would weight that much and I need 4 men and came back with a price that was way over what any company presented. He said "You are insulting me" I said, well you are insulting my intelligence as a woman that knows how much she has and has moved before. He just kept saying, it is based on the inventory - which is not a lot as AGAIN a one bedroom with LR DR Kitchen (no table chairs, just pots pans utensils etc, and that is it. Soooooo, 7300 lbs out of his you know where so he could up the bill and put 4 men on a 2 or 3 man job. NEVER would I use them with this type of unprofessional, rip-off approach....I cannot imagine if I had a 5 bedroom house as I used to in CT they would be saying it weighted 35,000 or more....do they really think we are stupid...bypass this company if smart....I am. I told him I would write a report on this...he said " Go Ahead, we don't care" Obviously they only TRUTH about them. Anne E Charlotte, NC
