| - Do not let these people waste your time like they wasted mine, in fact they wasted my whole day. I was in the market to purchase a new Polaris rzr, I had purchased my 1st one through this same location on Boulder highway. Everything went really smooth the price was right and it was a good deal. This is why I called them and told them what I'm looking for how much I want to spend and do they have anything in their stock that would fit that price range? The salesperson assured me they have plenty of a stock I was a prior customer and the are aggresive to sell, come on down and they would definitely take care of me. When I went down for my appointment, I looked at a couple different rzr's and found 1 that already had some options on it. I asked about the price of this particular rzr due to the fact I wanted to stay within a certain range. They told me absolutely, definitely, and not a problem. I had alredy obtained my own financing and told them that, however they convinced me to try through their financing which was through Polaris. Even though I was alredy approved prior to arriving. We were told that we were 3rd in line for the finance department and it would be just a little while because they were shorthanded, and if we wanted to go to lunch and come back they would be alredy for us. When we returned we spoke to Trevor one of the finance managers. When he laid the sales sheet in front of me the price was about $5000 higher than what I told them I wanted to pay. When I asked him about that he replied in a very sarcastic and smug manner, these things don't arrive built we have to build them and I have to pay people to put them together, and when I asked him about the options there were on the rzr he said he has to pay for those options and pay the people to put those options on their rzr and they don't work for free. The total of the labor equalled $1800, I thought holy smokes! You could probably save some money and hire somebody who works much faster and knows what they're doing, what did it do take them 2 weeks to put the options on this rzr?! He then told me he had to charge me for freight and set up and that I paid that on my 1st one, I informed him no I didn't because it was used at that point I kind of felt like he was strong arming me and I was trying to buy a 1973 Ford Pinto with a blue hood for a million dollars! I have had less problems less pressure and less frustration trying to buy cars off of used car dealerships! What a joke! I've then explain to Trevor, I'll tell you what, I will just pay cash for it I won't finance anything if you drop the price midway between what I was willing to pay and what he was asking. He then explained to me that they were losing money on my deal and that he could not do that and he is the lowest price around as far as Polaris rzr's go. I explained to him I think that's BS! You are not in business to give them away you're gonna make money regardless of what you lie to me about, you don't even know me why are you going to give it to me for less than what it cost you!? I actually have to thank Trevor for his statement when he said he was the lowest price in Vegas, he forced me to do my homework and look elsewhere, I went to Polaris of Mesquite and purchased a 2018 Polaris rzr with options on it for exactly what I wanted to pay and the exact price I told Ride now that I wanted to pay, and that was without any fighting arguing or any belligerent sarcastic smug finance managers looking down the end of their nose at me I strongly caution you, do your homework before going to these people. Thank you Trevor and Ride now for educating me and letting me do my homework only to find out there are better Polaris dealerships to work with out there.
