Service shop has horrible customer service and seems to have incompetent workers. Came in for a repair and service to my brakes on friday. First person who helped me was great but it wasn't until George took over my car on Saturday that made my experience horrible and very irritating. I was told by my original service provider that my car will be done by 2 or 3 p.m. At 3 p.m I called and ask for George some guy answered and said he would try to go get him he came back on the phone not knowing who I was and then again went to go get George. After talking to another person I found out my car would be done at 5 p.m. and was told I would get a ride from there shuttle by 4 p.m. At 4:45 I called because I had not yet been picked up it took me almost 20 minutes to get ahold of someone in the service department the only person that was picking up the phone was the front desk lady, she was very helpful. The whole time I had to talk to about 4 different people before I could get connected with George who then said he would put me on the shuttle list yet again. I did not get picked up yet again and had to talk to about five different people the next day to be able to get my car which I should have had on Saturday but George failed to do so.
