We bought a car here late last year, and have had nothing but terrible service since. Our Camaro was recalled for an ignition problem, and both the letter we received and person we spoke to on the phone simply said to bring in the car for a new key fob. My husband showed up this morning, as instructed, and not only was the person with whom he had an appointment late, they turned him away because he didn't bring in both current key fobs. Nobody every said this was required, despite several communications. My husband drove all the way there (it's not exactly close to our house) early in the morning, he was late for work, our friend who met him to give him a ride was late for work, and nobody at Chapman cared at all - they refused to help. They were also entirely unapologetic about the whole ridiculous fiasco. This is the LAST STRAW. We will never go back to this dealership, for service or purchase or otherwise.
