If you are homeless and have no other option for a place to live, this is the spot for you. These apartments are horrible. You have to deal with out of control roach infestations, bed bugs and bee hives right outside your door. The apartment office staff are rude and cant be bothered to look up from their phones to greet you on the off chance they are actually in the office. (Which is hardly ever) Good luck trying to load money on your laundry card, the only place you can do that, is you guessed it, in the office. Maintenance is a joke! We put in a request for a leak in November and the issue was not resolved until April! We kept being told the mold from the leak on our shower ceiling was mildew! Eventually the roof of our shower and the adjacent wall in the kitchen had to be replaced due to how long it took to be fixed. And when they do come in to fix a maintenance request you never know if they were there because they don't leave a note. Plus they "half ass" the things they do fix. These apartments are not worth what they are charging! Oh and expect police and ambulances outside at least 3-4 times a week for domestic issues from your neighbors. The first month we lived there our door mat was stole 7 times!! The property is always littered with food and drink debris from the children who run around unsupervised. We could not wait for our lease to end and would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!! Do your self a favor and spend an extra $50-$100 bucks a month for a better apartment!
