  • There's no way this place got 3 stars. The food was just not good. Soggy chicken, sweet & "sour" was basically icing, fried rice was super bland with no veggies or anything. So disappointed. I really hope Phoenix can get it together with Chinese food. It's one of my favorite cuisines
