I don't normally go into this store because their style hasn't immediately gripped me on the occasions I have been in there. However I decided to just check it out and see what they have today. Unfortunately I decided to ask the saleslady about the content of a pillow whether it was cotton or linen. Her answer to me was to avoid answering the question and to reply to my other question about whether this was for the winter season by telling me, "I know you want to know because you want to know whether it is on sale." I don't know when this sort of customer service has become normal. But I don't think I'll be coming back to this store to shop anytime soon.
